1. Service Usage
Adwuma OS provides a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) ERP and POS terminal. You agree to use the platform legally and responsibly for retail or wholesale business operations.
2. Subscriptions & Billing
Services are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis. Failure to pay will result in immediate restriction of premium features and POS access until payment is settled via Paystack.
3. Limitation of Liability
Adwuma OS is not liable for indirect losses or damages arising from hardware failures, prolonged internet outages outside our control, or user input errors.
